Shiplap Fireplace with Mantle: From a blank wall to this beautiful modern farmhouse fireplace. We ran new electrical and gas. Installed framing, a new fireplace, a mantle, and miter jointed shiplap. Finally paint to match the existing color scheme.
LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) Flooring: This basement needed something more durable to handle the use from a busy family of 5. We installed ~400 sq ft over the existing subfloor, and custom cut all of the trim and door frames for a seamless look and fit.
Bathroom Sinks and Backsplash: The client’s master bath due for an update. We installed new sinks on the new quartz countertops and installed natural stone mosaic tile as a backsplash to provide a warm and inviting feel to the space.

Deck Stain: This deck and pergola needed a serious facelift. It was constructed using gorgeous redwood that was looking dull and worn. We pressure washed, scraped, and sanded all of the surfaces and applied a clear waterproof deck stain to bring the entire structure back to life.
Hand Railing: The design of this house was straight out of the 90’s and we helped to bring the style and feel to a more contemporary design. We painted the stair stringers and risers, installed newell posts, handrails, and wrought iron balusters. All parts of the new railing was custom cut and installed to specifically fit the space and also to be sturdy and safe. Not only did the new railing make the space look more beautiful but provided some much needed openness to the floorplan.

Shower Tile: We replaced a shower surround and pan that was from the 70s and had been previously repaired with mismatched tile. The overall height of the tile was not up to current code, which we remedied by bringing the total tile height up to over 6′ above the shower floor. The drywall behind the tile has been soaked and was replaced with cement board and then had a liquid waterproof barrier installed over that. We used 6×6 tile on the walls and hexagonal tile in the pan to give a simple yet elegant look. This client also needed to have grab bars reinstalled for safety.
Faux Wood Panelling Accent Wall: This client has been slowly updating their master bath over time. They had us remove a medicine cabinet and the builder grade mirror that came with the house. We repaired, matched the texture, and painted the wall. Installed new mirrors and light fixtures, and finally the faux wood panelling as an accent wall.

“Matt is Fantastic. I live far away from Timnath/Ft Collins & my elderly folks needed a fence repair badly. Matt came and fixed the fence and was extremely reasonable on price. My folks LOVED him and will have him doing many projects in the future. Thanks Matt!!”
